The PrimeCare Medical Centre, located at Edmonds and Kingsway in Burnaby, is the medical home for over 20,000 patients. The center is committed to the health and well-being of each patient and strives to provide the best in primary care. Founded in April 2009, this group medical practice focuses on full-service family medicine. Together, the providers offer a comprehensive range of primary care services, including maternity care through Burnaby and Royal Columbian Hospitals, geriatric care, complex and chronic disease management, primary care pediatrics, and palliative care. The centre is situated across the street from Rona and on the same block as the Tommy Douglas branch of the Burnaby Public Library. The Walk-in Clinic and Urgent & Primary Care Centre are located next door at Suite 201.

Free underground parking is available, with access from the back of the Esprit building on Arcola Street. For those driving along Kingsway towards Vancouver, the directions are to turn right at Walker (by the Tommy Douglas Library) and then turn right on Arcola Street. At the end of Arcola, drivers should turn right at the last driveway.
