Dr. Muhammad Abrar is an immigration lawyer, an internationally recognized scholar, a university lecturer, a mentor, an author, a Manitoba immigration statistical analyst, and a pro bono service worker. He operates an immigration law firm based in Winnipeg, MB, Canada.

Dr. Abrar has earned his PhD in Law from Glasgow University, UK, and his LLM and LLB from IIUI. He has published a book with Oxford University Press (OUP) and has written numerous articles in prominent scholarly, peer-reviewed international journals. Additionally, he has presented his research at various international forums.

He is a member of the Law Society of Manitoba (LSMB), the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Refugee Lawyer Association (RLA), the Manitoba Foreign Worker Recruitment License Holder (WRAPA), and the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association (CILA).
