Jeff Hemlin, the co-president of H & L Immigration Consultants Co. and president of Hemlin and Company, has over 40 years of experience in immigration matters. He previously worked for the Canada Employment and Immigration Commission as a Senior Immigration Officer/Refugee Affairs, Immigration Counsellor, and Immigration Examining Officer for seven years. Hemlin was elected as the National Vice-President of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) in 2009 and served as its president from 2010 to 2013 during the transition to the ICCRC. He is currently a member of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), the regulatory licensing body for immigration consultants authorized to practice by Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
