The company is led by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. Man Ho So, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), formerly known as the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

Before establishing Zebra Immigration, Mr. So was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Global Bridge Immigration Advisors PEI Inc. (GB PEI), where he was one of the Island Agents designated by the Government of Prince Edward Island.
