Believe Counselling & Consulting [Kelly] has been a member of the Canadian Professional Counselling Association since 2004 and is approved by I.C.B.C., allowing individuals who have experienced emotional trauma from an accident to seek professional counselling with Kelly, with the approval of their worker, and have the costs covered by I.C.B.C.

After obtaining her counselling diploma in 2004, Kelly began working for the People in Need Crisis Intervention Society in Vernon. In her role as Program Coordinator, she was responsible for training new volunteers to answer the Crisis Line and providing short-term emotional support and referrals.

From 2008 to 2022, Kelly facilitated groups on co-dependency, emotional fluency, addictions, shame, and relationships. Between 2016 and 2021, she supported individuals with Substance Use Disorder, mental health concerns, and those struggling with the housing crisis. Since 2010, Kelly has been providing counselling for individuals, families, and couples on a variety of concerns.

Kelly believes in empowerment, affirming that each person possesses the resources within themselves to find answers and that they may just need a non-judgmental, unbiased ear to help facilitate those answers.
