Elizaveta Ioussoupova graduated from Robson Hall Faculty of Law, University of Manitoba in 2007, was called to the Bar in 2008, and has since been a member of the Law Society of Manitoba.

During her law school years, she worked at E.K. Williams Law Library. She was appointed as a Desautels Credit Management Fellow and worked as an editor of volumes 5 and 6 of The Asper Review of International Business and Trade Law. Working several jobs during her busy law school years prepared her for a demanding legal practice that she manages while being a mother, a wife, a friend, and an active member of the community.
