Theodora is a licensed Canadian lawyer and a member of the Law Society of Ontario. She holds dual licenses and has been a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria since 2004. With approximately 19 years of combined legal practice experience, she has established herself as an accomplished professional.

After earning her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in 2004, Theodora continued her education in the United Kingdom, where she obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 2006. She later received her JD Equivalency Certificate from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA), Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Additionally, she holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College in Toronto, Canada.

Theodora has demonstrated considerable talent in her field. She accumulated over ten years of combined experience in legal services, financial services, and transactions during her tenure with First Canadian Title (FCT) as a Title Officer, the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Toronto, and First Bank Limited. Her exceptional performance earned her several client experience awards and a crystal award from the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in 2018 for surpassing performance expectations in Real Estate/Mortgage Transactions.
