Language skills For FSWP #
According to the Canadian government, the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in any of the official languages i.e., English or French.
To start with, undergo language testing which helps to assess your level of language skills in you. The marks are calculated on the basis of Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) for English and Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) for French.
Initially, the candidate must be able to obtain CLB 7 or NCLC 7 for 1 official language in all 4 language areas and meet the minimum level of CLB 5 or NCLC 5 in all 4 language areas for the second official language.

Education Proof For Federal Skilled Workers Program #
As a proof of education, the individual will need to submit certificates showing their exact qualification such as:

Work experience for Federal Skilled Workers Program #
As specified by the Canadian Government, the individual must have an experience of full-time paid work (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time [15 hours per week for 24 months]) at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B.

Arranged employment in Canada #
You will need a valid job offer from a recognized Canadian Employer for at least one year and you must have got the job offer before applying for the Federal skilled worker. This helps to boost your overall score in the express entry.
The job offer will have to satisfy the following criteria:
- full-time work of a minimum of 30 hours/week
- Job offer of an occupation listed as Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the NOC
The individual must be able to convince the Canadian Officials that
- You’re capable of doing that job
- You’ll be able to get licensed once you immigrate to Canada.

Adaptability For FSWP #
If your spouse or common-law partner is immigrating with you to Canada, this will add to your points.

What is the difference between a federal skilled worker and a federal skilled trade? #
On one hand, FSWP and FSTP are both fast-track programs designated for skilled workers. FSWP is meant for people who possess professional working skills whereas FSTP is for individuals into foreign trade and ready to immigrate to Canada.
