The founder of Congra Immigration Services Inc. is Khrystyna Naydan. Her passion for immigration comes from a desire to help people, assist companies, and pursue a rewarding career in the legal field. Khrystyna holds a bachelor's degree with distinction in History and Psychology from the University of Alberta and a graduate diploma from Ashton College in the Canadian immigration and citizenship law program, which led to her professional designation as a licensed immigration practitioner.
During her university studies, Khrystyna wrote an analytical paper entitled 'Making and Telling Stories of Real-Life Events: Narrative Structure in Courtroom Testimony.' In this paper, she examined how narrative structure persists in real-life events and the stories people tell. Specifically, she analyzed courtroom testimony from the inquiry into the wrongful conviction of David Milgard (2005-2006) to illustrate how individuals make sense of the fragmented nature of their memories by organizing them into collective narratives that support their beliefs and allegations. This approach is mirrored in their immigration cases, where they aim to create well-formulated narratives that are logical, easy to follow, and grounded in immigration law, while avoiding the pitfalls of prefabricated narratives that may not be relevant to every matter.
