He serves as the Director and Counselor of Baaz Immigration Inc. Additionally, Rajwinder holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from G.N.E College, Ludhiana, India, and has over three years of experience in the field of education in India. He has also worked as a Civil Engineer for Potash Mine in Saskatchewan.

Rajwinder is actively involved in the immigration consulting community, specializing in Family and Economic Class applications, work permits, the Provincial Nominee Program, student visas, and addressing challenges from Canada Immigration. He plans to travel worldwide to meet new clients and present seminars.
