Description
If you choose to consult an immigration representative to act on your behalf with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), or the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), it is crucial to ensure that the representative is regulated by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). Non-authorized representatives or advisers are not regulated, meaning they may lack adequate knowledge or training. Furthermore, you cannot seek assistance from professional bodies if such individuals provide incorrect advice or act unprofessionally. The Government of Canada will not engage with non-authorized representatives who charge fees for their services.
Our firm offers an alternative to using employment agencies or third-party recruiters. We have the necessary authority and licensing to file immigration applications for foreign workers through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Avoid being deceived by overseas agents, also known as 'ghost consultants,' who operate illegally and may offer false promises in exchange for fees, often resulting in no tangible outcome.
