Maria, who was born in Canada to German and Mexican parents, experienced many of the challenges faced by immigrants firsthand through her parents' immigration to Canada. At a young age, her family relocated to Mexico to care for her aging grandparents. Living in Mexico allowed her to understand and appreciate the culture and lifestyle of a different country, which she came to regard as her second home. During her time in Mexico, she was frequently asked about Canada, including how to study, visit, or immigrate there.

Over the years, Maria developed a passion for helping others with immigration issues and international trade. She founded Schlossky Immigration Solutions Inc. in April 2018 after working in the industry for over three years. Maria is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (No. R527131) and a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council. Her mission is to lead in the immigration consulting services industry by providing affordable, timely, and high-quality services that simplify clients' immigration experiences to Canada. She also aims to support the creation of multicultural, inclusive communities by attracting immigrants who contribute to Canada's economic growth.
