ALPHA Consulting and Clinical Services offers mental health team and program development, consultations, assessments, diagnostic services, and treatments, all with a specialized focus on operational stress and other work-related injuries.

Led by Dr. Pamela Holens and Dr. Andrew Lubusko, their team of experts includes psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, occupational therapists, and a marriage and family therapist, all highly trained and experienced in working with individuals who have operational stress and other work-related injuries. Together with their program development coordinator, the team provides the ability to plan, design, and implement mental health programs tailored to the needs of specialized populations such as first responders and public safety personnel. They offer services designed for every level of need, from resiliency training and development through to post-incident trauma treatment, all using evidence-based methods and interventions.
